Hello, I'm Pradeep
I’m from a small village near Alwar, Rajasthan. I studied engineering, but my interests were never limited to classrooms. I spent those years writing, directing, performing, from founding a college theatre group to making a short film. Later, I taught myself data analytics and moved into roles that brought together creative thinking and structured problem-solving.
That need to understand, create, and express has stayed with me, and even now, I try to write my reflections and observations on education regularly on LinkedIn, where many of these ideas continue to evolve through conversation.
My Journey
Over the last 15 years, I’ve worked across India’s education landscape, with organizations like XSEED, Pearson, Educational Initiatives, Jio Embibe, and my own venture, Blitzkrieg Digital. These roles took me into hundreds of schools, meeting principals and teachers almost every day.
Those conversations became my education. They helped me see what wasn’t working, the invisible friction in hiring, the loss of talent, the gaps no policy seemed to address.
Along the way, I worked across functions, from business development and partnerships to product thinking, communication, and data. I didn’t approach these as separate skills, I used them together to understand systems and build what those systems lacked.
That combination gave me perspective.
And the ability to build.

Why TeacherFirst:

TeacherFirst was born out of these experiences, and out of a belief that the way we hire teachers in India needs a complete rethinking.
This isn’t a copy of an existing model.
It wasn’t built from a template.
It’s original work, built from scratch to fix something that most have quietly accepted as “just the way it is.”
The goal isn’t just to simplify recruitment.
It’s to make it more thoughtful, fair, and aligned with the needs of both schools and teachers.
That’s the mission.
And I’m committed to it.
